Remote tailgate mod is cheap if you price out the parts yourself..about 40 bucks or a kit from popnlock for about 90 bucks

I installed the pop n lock in about 45 minutes, and I'm working with a broken dominant wrist.

Easy. Worthwhile imo. Sounds a little funny.

I have the reflective black on the tailgate of my MGM. Love it. Very subtle during the day but pop out at night when light hits them. I also went with silver for the dash to stand out a bit more

Having only had my Tacoma for a little more than a week, this thread is relevant to my interests.

I am seriously considering the vinyl decal for the dash, it could be a nice accent for the interior. But I am torn. Does it looks factory-esque? I feel like it could look a little pepboys-ish, depending on the quality of the decal..

My signature shows the matte black on MGM and I just installed the grey metallic the other day. It adds a bit more pop.

The ones I bought from eBay fit the cutout in the glovebox perfectly and the burnt orange they used matched my radio surround perfectly. I'm of the opinion that it should have been like that from Toyota, but what do I know.

I don't have the grey metallic listed separately in my eBay store. To get this color just purchase the matte black ones and include a note that you want the grey metallic.

Cool. If you get some, please post up how they worked out. My truck has nothing and I don't want to run the paint there getting in and out.
