What does metallic paint mean as opposed to what else?

Here is a pic of the tonneau I saw. It sat flat but you could lift up the last section near the tailgate about 3/4 of an inch. Didn't look to be completely water proof.WP_20150921_19_16_54_Pro.jpg

It has metal flake in the paint to make it sparkle and shine real good.

Other paint like the white, black, and tan color is a flat paint but shiny with the clear coat on top of it.

I've always used 303 Aerospace Protectant and all my black plastic still looks like new. This is by far the best protectant I've tried and have been using it on everything from my trucks, motorcycles and snowmobiles and all still look brand new. It's not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Why on the Toyota build page does it show the off-road with a chrome rear bumper? Will they all be color matched or chrome?

I don't like the black. When I get mine I'm going to color match so it'll look like the trd sport. Then hopefully stumble upon a hood with scoop for sale.

That orange dash ring looks ghey. Graphite with gun metal gray FTW.

I really like it on the Inferno, Black , and MGM trucks. Color matched for the Inferno and a nice contrast on the others. Grey looks boring to me. Plus you get the cool stitching...

I don't think it is a high % of colors. I'm still waiting for the first inferno to drop in my area.

Picked mine up yesterday!!! Came without mud flaps. Dealer says they are having a hard time locating a factory set. Seems crazy they can't find mud flaps.

I think the Chrome Bumper looks way better than the Color Keyed Bumper. Does the Color Keyed bumper seem to be the more preferred option? I guess I'm the odd man out. Want tech package but really want Chrome Bumper on a white truck. Just think it breaks up the monotony of the colors a bit and also makes it look beefier.
