Uh, you get the grader plow also... we have one and it dumps 75% of the street into my yard. Spent all morning clearing it up.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
That was the second one through, and you can see he brings it from the entrance. The two front loaders were next, stacking it in yards on the corners. That was three years before I moved. The next two years set snowfall records. Nope. All done with that.

It was 67 today. Now the wind is gusting to 50 mph and trying to move our house to the neighbors yards. 49 tomorrow.

I'm an east coaster now. We were supposed to get less than an inch on warm pavement. They pretreated everything. And parts of one town the new asphalt looked like new cement.

Double edge sword on snow! We need it, but I am hopping it is clear on New Years, so we can ride our Motorcycles!

Funny thing, we lived in Arizona in the mid 60s when I was a kid, and I have never seen the Grand Cannon! Seen a lot in Arizona, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Sedona, Monument Valley, Hover Dam, Saguaro National Park, even saw Evel Knievel jump at night in Tucson on a Norton before he was famous, but no canyon. Worse yet, in the early 90s, we were suppose to go down for an air show and we were going to fly through it in a big Lockheed PV2 Harpoon and I was going to be the copilot, back when it was still legal, but we couldn't make it! Defiantly on my bucket list!

I'd be more than happy to go back so you can do that, but I'll be a little more east. But make sure you wave at @Cuffs as you fly over.

That's thing about having that kind of stuff in general in your own backyard. It doesn't become a priority because it's always there.

The first *four in you list above, plus Winslow and Albuquerque were the trip we just did. There's a trip report I'm building linked in the signature area.

you won’t be flying over me, there’s a huge no fly zone over the main canyon. And the air traffic from the tour helicopters… just watch out for them, they’re everywhere.

That's the problem with change, it often sneaks' up on you when your not looking! Flying through the canon in that big old PV2 with it's massive 2800 cubic inch 18 cylinder engines would have been enough great memories for 10 people!

The truck has always been serviced every 3000 miles oil change, and all factory services. Never off road or anyone in the back seats, nothing ever in the bed. its been in a heated garage its hole life it has seen very little rain and never seen snow. It was my baby now I have a f250 Tremor

Very nice! I could tell the truck was taken care of. I really wasn't in the market to buy one but I actually worked at the dealer I assume you traded it at so I was able to buy it for $750 over what they gave for trade and when I got it up on the lift I saw there was absolutely no rust which is rare for here and it already had a lot of the modifications I would have done any way. So thanks for the well taken care of truck and congrats on yours!
