So the black on the B&C pillars (doors)
Is stock? I was thinking P.O. had it done it along with the extra goodies.
Looks like they all have it?
Is it inferno paint under it?

That's a horrible idea. What time?
It's Inferno underneath. I have a nick in mine. If you're thinking removal you may have some paint fade where the paint isn't covered. Not positive, but I've seen the warnings when peeling the bed labels off.

I haven't gotten any farther than thinking about it. I actually thought about adding it the other pillars (front and back). It would give me a 'stripe' affect with the bed rack. Haven't done more than think about that either. :anonymous:

Did some stuff over the Thanksgiving weekend. Got the wrap done to cover the paint issues Toyota wouldn't fix, TDR Bilsteins to replace the spacer lift, Morimoto XB headlights, and new bumper. Still have to modify the mounts to install the fog lights.IMG_1603.jpg IMG_1602.jpg IMG_1598.jpg IMG_1597.jpg IMG_1599.jpg

I’m not a Ford fan, but that body style I always liked.

Dad was a Ford guy, so I grew up on it. My 'Holy Grail" would that body style in the full double cab, long bed 4x4. Saw one for sale on pretty good shape here a couple years ago, but student loan repayment was the priority.

If I had one of those, it would be a fire road truck and a grocery getter. The other stuff is what the Taco is for.

Speaking of old men, when an old Ford was mentioned. I looked everywhere in that photo for a 69 Boss 302, or 67 Galaxia 500, or 65 Falcon Ranchero, or even a 72 Ranger, with the tool boxes, in the lower outside front bed sides, that are almost always rusted out! Oh well, that Ford is OK!

Since you mentioned Ford Yachts, this was the first car my (divorced with custody) dad bought for us kids (me) to run errands and take my younger brother and sister to things they had to get to. Ours was a 1976 with the brown roof and interior, and the 460 had a Holly 4 barrel on it. (Which it probably needed anyway.) Lot of car for 16 year old. And it moved.

No, No, No, 2dr with big block engines and 4 speeds. The best and rarest, R code with a 427 Side Oiler, just like most but not all, big block Shelby AC Cobra's!
