As the title says I have a set of 4 37x12.5x17 toyo mt's that feel really soft, non dot compliant and say not for street use, offroad racing purposes only. I can't find any info on them. Can someone tell me more about these? Please and thankyou.

Think they are the robby Gordon spec tires but they're only 12.5" not 13.5"
