Inform me of the truth about LR UCA from those running them

I have sourced this forum for the last week and I have found a lot of mixed reviews about the LR UCA. It seems pretty even between those who love them and have no issues and those who hate them and have nothing but issues.

There is a lot of threads about those that have issues but very little from those that have had a good experience. It seems a majority of us out there seem to run them however, only those who have issues seem to be the ones posting.

So please, how many of you out there have been running these who do a fair amount of wheeling and would recommend them? How many years running and how many were maint free?
I want to upgrade asap and am still on the fence.

 

Just put mine on a few thousand miles ago but no issues so far.

 

After looking at the LR UCA's id much rather go with the JBA UCA's MUCH bigger n beefier ball joint with more articulation, and they use OEM bushings as well.
