    Why don't you simply go to the doctor, where they can give you a proper local to numb the area out, and get it out correctly? It would certainly be better than the already mentioned infections.

    liquor up then and let her do it.

    just kinda popped in my head... they make these things like look like q tips but you break one end off and they have a numbing agent in them. you use them for cold sores and stuff like that. find something like that or a numbing cream.
