My 99 Tacoma Prerunner will not do its initial high rev then slow idle after a few seconds. This issue started happening after I changed the IAC because the last one was having a rough idle during traffic light stops. After replacing it, it did do one last "roar" but it has not done it since. I have to manually step on the gas initially to have it blow out whatever it's doing then let the gas go so it warms up. I think I might have to reprogram the AIC but I'm not sure how to do it or if thats even the problem.
