Alright I'll give this a shot. 145K mile truck. No apparent leaky injectors, no fuel pressure fluctuations, new fuel system parts (OEM FPR/filter) when I had the engine pulled just because, and MotorWest reman brown Aisin injectors with an unknown original mileage.

I ended up using the original ~130K mile injectors from this truck in my other 5VZ truck after they were rebuilt by MW. That other truck has been fine, which makes sense considering this solenoid failure wouldn't have affected them yet.

Update: Installed the Denso units from MotorWest this weekend. Also had some nice warm weather roll in today (85 degrees) to further assist with testing. In cold weather it rarely occurred due to how quickly the engine cools off.

So far I’ve had no issues warm starting after letting it sit 30 mins-2 hours. Which was the range I was having issues with before. If I have no issues over the next month I’ll call it fixed.

Same here, no warm starting issues after replacing them. For me it was more like a 5 minute warm restart that felt weird.

Sub'd. Rebuilding my truck from the ground up and I'm going to want to install all the best new parts I can for it and was afraid I was going to have to spend hundreds just for new injectors. Thanks OP
