    see, even the most evil car corp, GM, provides a better filter than all the rest. and 'no brand' is better than 'those supposedly high end filters'


    as I said and Maticuno said, stick with OEM

    OEM studied the ever living shit of the science of air filtration and engine breathing, and they know what materials to use, how to fold it, everything else about it. all these other jamokes don't have anywhere the amount of research and development funds to come up with a replacement anywhere close to OEM.


    it is always a trade-off. you want to make engine last and stay out of the engine bay doing tear-downs ? use OEM. you want to race it ? get something else that allows more particulates, [but you expect to do engine rebuilds when racing anyway]
