2012 Tacoma Pre runner SR5 V6 Limited Edition

chrome bull bar, 20" vision wheels, LED lighting, Custom grill.

I have some rather ugly scratches ( looks like from an attempt to unlock the door from the outside) Along the black strip that runs along the driver window and inside door latch area.

I need to try to replace that upper part of the door panel. Can this part of the door panel
be purchased seperately or is finding a match from the junk yard just for this upper piece
my only option here ?

I hate to have to purchase the entire panel just for this upper area. Any thoughts or suggestions.
