I had some issues with my driver side CV axle binding up in the hub, it would spin with the wheel no matter what, couldnt get the wheel to spin freely from the hub (just installed manual hubs for part of my 4wd swap). Get the hub taken apart and CV axle out, all the races from the needle bearing on the hub fell out.
I found a replacement needle bearing from ORS, but I'm not sure out to get the bearing out, does anyone happen to know how this is done?

Why did you post this pic of wheel bearing if your aftermarket hubs have needle bearings?

I am trying to replace this needle bearing, on the inside of the hub, axle side.
ORS sells a replacement (which I linked above)

Are you talking about the needle bearing in the front differential?

    Heres an image from @Speedytech7
This needle bearing, on the spindle, inside the hub. Where the CV axle slips into....on the hub.
Going to clarify, I have manual locking hubs, I'm not sure if ADD has this bearing.

Wow. This is entertaining. That little brass piece pops off with a couple screwdrivers. Use a die grinder (or Dremel if it’s all you got) and grind a groove in the race , two if necessary and pop it out w/ screwdriver. Orrrr go to Harbor Freight and get a little slam puller.

Yeah no one with ADD would expect this to exist because their CVs always turn the same speed with the wheel hub and are bolted in. Manual hub truck have the CV supported through the wheel bearing with this needle bearing because the CV doesn't bolt in so the selector can function

Thank you so much. I was having issues figuring out how to remove the brass piece. Didn’t want to go to town on it and end up needing a new hub.
