Inner Hub Needle Bearing Replacement

    I told you that I would list the OEM inner hub needle bearing info for our manual hubs when I got around to working on it. The OEM Toyota p/n is 90364-30011 and the actual bearing looks to be marked "NSK JAPAN D8503011". It is an unsealed needle bearing with ID of 30MM, OD of 37MM, & Height of 20MM which crosses over to an HK3020 bearing. A poster on another forum stated that he was using the Torrington or INA HK3020 2RS needle bearing in his inner hub which is just a double-sealed HK3020 bearing as indicated by the "2RS" designation. HTH
