They can do the wiring as well if you want them to. But I did my own wiring and chose not to drill a hole in the roof for the wire. There is a nice channel down the side of the windshield that I put the wire in and then put some black silicone over the top to make sure it stays in there.

Do you guys have a 1" die for your tubing bender? How about any dimple dies? I'd like to build a bed rack but I only have basic fabrication tools.

Here's a '16 Tacoma with a 4 Runner front end photochopped, now imagine it with the InSain bumper from the 4Runner!
You guys may have the solution to the ugly 3rd gen front end!

Anyone have any clue on how much a front bumper from these guys costs and weighs?

Sick products, but these guys don't answer phones or emails? ??

All depends on what you're lookng for, it's really just Cory and Dylan in the shop so they don't really have time to answer the phone. did you leave a message? @steezemcqueen will be able to help you out.

    Thanks!

I figured it was a small shop. Though maybe they were out of town.

    Emails responded to!

Corey is still pretty busy trying to wrap up the Xterra group buy that ended up going way overboard. I don't want anyone to feel like they are being ignored and we still want to help out anyone we can! Currently its just him in the shop trying to complete projects and work on stuff so the phone doesnt get answered a lot and I'm there after 5:30 when i get done at my full time job.

Great looking stuff.... but considering I can't get a reply; my money and truck will be going elsewhere. A little customer service goes a LONG way!

same, I'd have to check but I sent an email in like March and haven't heard back, couldn't get them on the phone at that point either. Ended up going somewhere else :)

as someone who has experience working at a (now defunct) fabrication shop I understand how things can get out of hand at times but still...

Hey guys let's all keep in mind that InSain is an EXTREMELY small fab shop that is gaining popularly. The owner is working weekends (I know cause I have been there on Saturdays) and is a family man too. So if you want to get it done right away you might need to find another shop, buy pre-built, or sacrifice quality. But if you want HIGH quality, custom work then patience is a must. The owner is also going through some growing pains when it comes to technology as well. Internet in the shop was just resolved last weekend. I know his phone got a high quality cleaning in the washer recently too. :D All the joys of balancing life.

I know the owner very well now and he is a very stand up guy and does awesome work. It is just very hard to balance a fab shop that is growing, a family, and still have a small amount of life too.

I totally get that and all, juggling the needs of a small business that is growing at a seemingly unprecedented rate AND a personal life can be tough. That being said, the lack of communication is disappointing and does not bode well for the long term prospects of the business. Happy customers = repeat customers = spread the word. The fact that several people in here have been spurned isn't the type of reputation that I'm sure Corey wants to bolster. I'd be willing to bet that simply hiring somebody for a few hours a week to answer questions, schedule work, or even just respond and let people know that they are booked solid right now and cannot take on any work for X amount of months would pay dividends.

I'm not a small business owner, so you can take that with a grain of salt, but as someone who is trying to support the local economy it would behoove Insain to improve the business aspect of the operation. There are plenty of extremely talented people out there who fail because they don't know how to to manage that business side. I'd hate to see this one suffer the same fate.
