    it is 4 in the morning here and i am wide awake.
    I normally dont sleep until like 7 then wake up around 4 in the afternoon.

    its been happening the last couple of days.
    Any advice on how to stop this?

    My idea was to stay up and go to sleep tomorrow around 10. Hopefully I can make it.
    And from there, i can start getting back to my normal sleep schedule. does this sound good?:confused:

    Try being the guy that has to stay up and yell at fire watch for sleeping. Only there's no fire watch to yell at. Just TW and a 4 cup coffee maker.

    Blanket over the window to keep out any light (I work 10pm-6am) and ear plugs work for me it muffles the sound just enough so I can still hear my alarm. I almost started to take advil pm but then I threw a blanket over the window and that worked great. Another thing I usually try to get to bed at 1pm to get my 8hrs but now has soon as i feel i can fall asleep i do cause later I won't be able to.

    I dont think Im gonna stay up again like this.
    Im having some bad thoughts in my mind.
    Im getting easily agitated.
    Terrible.
    Last time I stay up playing cod til 5 in the morning...
