Install time for new shocks

    We use Alldata and Prodemand at times, even with challenges, we typically don't adjust the price unless more work or parts are needed.
    Our alignments are a set price ($119) and definitely lower than our local dealership.

    I think the point I was trying to get across may have been missed. Most shops; dealerships and mine included, will quote you the amount of time that is specified in a labor guide like Alldata. They will stick to that estimate 95% of the time.

    Here is the point. Even though it calls for 5 hours to replace shocks, struts, & align your truck, the shop may take longer. The amount of money will rarely change. It will stay the same as the initial estimate if it takes 2 hours or 12 hours to complete the job.

    But the worst thing you can do is be an impatient customer.
