I bought the diode dynamic ss3 sport yellow sae fog lights from lightwerkz. They made a mistake with my order and sent me the white fogs instead of the yellow. I contacted them, but they didn't have the yellows in stock anymore. They did however have a set of yellow fogs just with out the shroud and sent me that one.

After installing the fog lights, I've noticed that they are not flat and are slightly pointing downwards like a V. They should have a nice flat cut off like diode dynamic's pictures. Also I cannot aim them down as low as oem fogs. In the pictures you can see the comparison. I slid the fogs forward/backwards and tilted all the way down yet it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Either I got a bad product or installer error. These should be simple plug and play. If you've installed these in yourself with success please help me out here. 20200616_213217.jpg 20200624_233817.jpg 20200624_234637.jpg

Internally they look the same. The yellow is labeled as 20020 while the white is 19020.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong?

I just received my ss3 sport and installed them, the driver side does have a slight higher than the passenger side but probably not as bad as yours.

no. I ended up returning them. maybe that unit was defective. lightwerkz was not much help. I could've exchanged, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere because of how they handled my order
