Did you leave the overload leaf in or out when you put the icon aal in.
I left mine in and barely got the 1.5".

I've read various results in lift height from the icon aal, here on T.W.
Might have something to do with how wore out the stock pack is?

The icon aal installation instructs to leave the overload leaf out.
Again, various results on T.W. but
I decided to leave it in, which requires cutting off one of the brackets mounted on the overload.

Same issue here. The Icon AAL pack did not lift the rear as advertised on my new 2023 truck (less than 2k miles). I got less than an inch of lift from it. If I had to do it again, I would not go with the Icon AAL. The only reason I went with Icon was the sale price at the time.

I added a 1/2" block under the Icon AAL pack, but that still wasn't enough lift after some settling...So, I ended up swapping it out for a 1" block under the AAL pack.

Personally, I would look at the HeadStrong AAL pack instead of Icon.

Interesting, I got a good enough deal I’m still going to try the Icons out, but I had Toytec AAL’s on my ‘16 AC and it lifted my rear about 1.5” with 600 constant pounds in the back. I currently have around 400 constant pounds and was hoping for the same results on my ‘23 AC with the Icons. Seems unlikely, but fingers crossed I guess? lol

the icon aal will decrease load capacity as the overload leaf no longer functions. get a single leaf aal if wanting to hold more weight.

    Still got those 1/2" blocks?
Might need them after putting my new fronts on! lol
I got some 1.5" blocks if the 1" isn't enough for you.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the 1/2" blocks. My shop was kind enough to swap the blocks out for free since they agreed the rear was not sitting high enough with the Icon AAL.

I was curious because I'm getting some pre-assembled OME MT64's shipped here.
0-3" depending on the extra weight.
I'm just hoping I guesstimated right to keep it at 2" or I'll be pulling them back off and adjusting the clip.

    At the moment around 300#'s
Their clip settings go by accessories and not a number.
They don't include skid plates or sliders.
That's all I have right now and it's pulled the current stock coils with spacers, down a full inch.

I'm not familiar with 5100's but there are many members who are.

Mine were at the 1.55” setting when I had the Toytec AAL. Seemed to keep same geometry as stock. Just ~1.5” higher.

ETA: I was rocking an Access cab without any added weight up front and constant load of 400-600 lbs in the rear.

Yeah, if this happened to me, I'd just take the truck in and let a good shop deal with it. That's a pain in the neck!

I have the icon add a leaf installed and it gave me 1.5” of lift. 23” from fender to hub measurement.

I had the fox 2.0 initially but man the ride was rough on road !!
Had to swap to bilstein 5100 to enjoy driving my truck again.
Icon aal is stiff, especially the first 2k miles. If I have 200-300lbs in the truck or a truck full of gear/people it’s real plush and smooth.

no vibrations yet at 3k miles in. Going to drive it 2k more to see if it gets any better.

I used the same setup on my 1st Gen for 40k miles and it was very enjoyable. My 3rd Gen not so much! I’m at 15k miles on the ODO atm.
Going to get an accutuned valving done on my fox 2.0 to see if it gets better.
Otherwise back to my stock leaf springs.
