New to Tacoma World. Just completed a lift thanks to all the posts on the forum. 5100's front (set to 1.75") and 5100 rear with Wheelers 3 leaf progressive HD AAL in the rear. I installed BFG All Terrain T/A KO2 275/70/17. Just wanted to let people know that I do have some rubbing on the UCS's. Going to try Wheelers 1/4" spacers to see if it helps.

I went with almost the exact same setup. I went with ko's instead of ko2's. Very light rubbing on the edge of the tread at full lock. Can't tell it at all, except in reverse. And even then, barely. Let us know if you do the 1/4" spacers and if they worked.

Looking to hook up my 2015 4x4 TRD Sport with the setup on cmbondo's truck. Does anyone know if I would I need any kind of spacers for the diff or extended sway bar bolts? From what I read, lifting the truck 2" max keeps you from needing any of them, can someone confirm.

To the OP, I have the same setup on the front as you. When I took it to get aligned my initial numbers came in at 1.4 for caster on both sides iirc. The truck felt a little less planted on the road so I had the tech up both sides to 2.4. It better than stock, you can let go of the steering wheel and it stays straight. Also the return to center when turning a corner is much better.

Someone was also asking about if one of the pictures of the leaf springs was the tsb or an aal. It is most definitely an aal. The tsb springs have 3 leaves plus an overload.

To street ops: Yes it is generally accepted that lifting the truck 2 inches and under you will not need any other parts including diff drop, extended sway bar bolts, uca's, carrier bearing drop, pinion angle shim etc etc.

The hub to fender measurements seem to be the issue in trying to get a level ride.

Is it just me or are the rear fenders set higher in the vehicle for more clearance? I think so. If you're looking for level, throw a long level on the bedside.

I had it realigned at another shop because I was unhappy with my original results. The shop I took it to specializes in custom alignments. They maxed out the caster and it still turned out to be around 2 degrees. I wish I could get a little more to plant the front end more solid. Maybe new UCAs in the future?

What are your alignment numbers for caster? Did that shop do the 1.2 left and 1.9 right?
