2019 DCLB OR. So I installed the MT64 front coilovers with 4007 springs, and MT64 rear struts with an icon RXT leaf pack. I gained almost 3” of lift in the rear and pretty much no lift up front. Measuring bottom of rim to fender. Rear went from 30” to 33” no lean. And front driver side went from 29” to 29” and front passenger is about 29-3/4”. I’m in the standard collar setting on the coilovers but was wondering is it better to preload for that 2” or go to a stiffer spring? Do I need the 4004 spring that is 15.6” free height vs my 4007 that is 15.0” free height? Or do I need a heavier spring? Not sure what to do since right now my ride quality is awesome and I don’t wanna lose too much of that. I like rake but not 3” of it. I just need the 2” up front as I had expected.

I also just installed the MT64 with the 4007 coils. I have mine set on the third from the top clip setting and gained about 1.5 in of lift in the front. I just did an add a leaf in the back though which also gave 1.5-1.75 in of lift in the back. I dont think you need a heavier spring just might want to adjust the clip setting. what clip is it on currently? Also the other 4000 series springs for these are all the same weight just different lengths like you mentioned so going with the 4004 would just be a longer coil but with no weight up front I would put the clip on the lowest setting or one up. there is also a 4000 coil that is 5 mm longer than the 4007. I used this guide from arb to make my decisions and it was extremely helpful. guide says with ~150 lbs extra up front the top setting will give 2 in with the 4007.

    https://view.publitas.com/arb-4x4-a...nal-application-catalogue-latest/page/238-239

the coil spring specs are on page 288, I believe 3rd gen tacomas can take 4005, 4007, 4000, 4002, 4004 all in 5 mm increments but same spring rate 588 lbs.

Another option would be to remove leafs from the rtx pack? I believe it has a few different configuration options.

Got the coils set to top notch and still only gained 1” driver and 1.5” passenger(with lean correction 1 notch). Ordered the 4002 coil. Should fix it. Also did uppers. Leafs are at option 1. I think the full steel CBI skids and gas tank skid are a little heavier on the suspension than I anticipated.

Looks lifted in the front to me. Stock is 21" front and 22" rear. Center of hub on the wheel to fender.

Those leaf packs will take some time to settle, and the new front coils as well.

Icon RXT - Level 3 for people that have weight in the back and plans for weight, and level 2 if you are stock.

So this is with a 4002 coil instead of 4007 at the top setting and that landed me at 2.5” lift. Now I’ll drop it two collars and call it good. Needs and alignment also so we’ll see how that does for height also.

nice looks good. Kind of surprised, it seems like we got slightly different results with the 4007s. Glad you got the right thing installed though with the right result.

What do you have when it comes to added weight? I’m thinking full steel skids, gas tank skid and larger battery are what’s doing it.

ahhh, that must be it. I have no added weight, and assumed you didnt either since I couldnt see any extras like a bumper.

I installed mine about a month and a half ago with the coils 4000 at 3rd notch just as you and got also 1.5" front. Strange! Would you mine measure your front from center hub to fender? Just to make sure! I got 22.5" on mine! Thanks!
PS: the MT64s are really really killing it! I love them!
