I installed the new fog lights into my Tacoma. I'd like to ask how the switched 12 VDC is fed through the fire wall. I'm planning to feed the wire along side of he hood release cable. What did you do ? Thanks

Just finished the installation and it works and looks good.
The set I got was sold by Max Liner on eBay.
I also used an add a circuit fuse connecting it to the the tail lights so
they only turn on when the lights are turned on and they also work
with the bright lights. I highly recommend the add a circuit fuse holder!!
I routed the cable from the right fog lamp over the radiator and around
the battery along the head light cables. When I got to the fire wall, I
Found a nipple in the grommit just under the main harness.
I cut the end off the nipple off and fed the wire though it to the
new switch that came with the kit. Made the final connections
and tide the cables up and tested everything, we are good to go.
I have not aimed them yet so I hope I won't be tweaking anyone
In the eye on the way to work.
