Nice! I'm getting a CB setup soon, can't wait. I don't really wanna hack up my lower tray under the stereo, I may do a copy of your install, actually looks pretty clean there.

Looks good man. Me and my dad installed a ham radio in his truck and we mounted the handset to the same spot you did except on the drivers side.

You're using a Midland external speaker as a PA? Do you live someplace where it doesn't rain?

Hey, it's an "external" speaker right? That means it's OK to use outdoors. :D

It'll work till it gets wet enough.

    Oh that sounded nasty.

How loud is it? I wonder how it compaires to a 15-20 watt PA. IMO PA's are more fun to mess with people than a $$$ train horn, especially with an echo mic:D

Yeah the rain will kill that PA speaker pretty fast-you should mount it behind the bumper-it will still be loud-also, what type speaker is that-just an external? an all weather horn type loudspeaker would be a more serious PA speaker and a LOT louder than a flat speaker.
You have a nice install-especially the antenna-I would secure the coax at the antenna with a retainer clip to keep stress off the connector point.
EDIT the cleanliness of your interior deserves a comment too-looks very sharp and comfortable in there:)

I say get a 100W horn type PA like I have hooked up to my siren/PA system. You wanna talk about scaring people that'll do it lol. I like sitting at lights and saying stupid stuff over it and having people all looking at each other trying to figure out who it is.

Looks great man! How you got the CB held there? I'd love to do that but I don't want to drill any holes
