Strange one.. Just fitted new TRD Pro Sema wheels along with a set of Geolandar A/T 265/70/17, and the truck pulls to the right. Verified pressure on all 4 tires and they are dead set at 35psi according to my accuguage. Nothing else was changed. Should I get an alignment. Not really sure why new wheels/tires would cause this.

Did they balance the tires? That could cause the pull

Try rotating the tires to see if it still does it.If it still pulls get it aligned. If doesn't pull it's a tire problem.Just my opinion.

Highly doubt its your alignment as more the tires not balanced right. Your angles didn't change unless the tech bumped something.

I don't know the specs on your factory and those trd wheels but it could be the backs pacing/offset is different between the two. That will affect alignment, but it shouldn't pull since the change would be identical side to side.

I went from 245/75r16 to the same wheel and tire set up as OP, my alignment is fine.

How exactly is wheel backspacing going to affect alignment ?

That has been my experience as well. I will have the tires re-balanced and see if it makes a difference.

I should be more clear, my bad. what's affected is the scrub radius. which will change the driving dynamic of the vehicle, this isn't very adjustable, if at all.

Uh huh...and that is not going to cause a pull. A scrub radius change is only going to be a slight " feel " change in the wheel.

Another symptom i'm seeing is I have a very slight shaking on the steering wheel at around 70mph going on certain 'rough' freeway stretches. While I realize that the A/T tire will ride differently the my stock highway Toyo's, i'm not convinced that the tires were perfectly balanced. The shop was not busy, so they had like 4 different techs mounting/balancing working on the truck. Possible something wasn't done correctly - but all 4 wheels have weights on them, so I know they were at least balanced.

Will go to another shop and get them road forced balanced and see if it makes any difference.

Something isn't right, sorry OP, I doubt its your wheels and tires, I'm running the same wheels on KO2s and besides losing 1mpg and a slight change in ride smoothness I mean slightest of slight due to the tread pattern, my truck is the same as before. Sorry to hear your having issues with such a non issue mod.

I'm pretty sure it's the tires since my truck was perfectly fine with the stock wheels and tires. I could put them back on and see if all this is just in my head.

I will get the tires rebalanced and if that doesn't do the trick, I'll just order new tires.

Before you get new tires, move both left side tires to the right side (swap) and take a drive. If it still pulls to the left, new tires may be a waist of money. Bummer that you have to deal with this. Takes all the fun out of a new purchase.

Ok, I think I have this figured out. My truck always pulled slightly to the right from new due to crown of the road. I think the new tires and new wheel offset exacerbated the issue--that and I rechecked the tire pressuresize and I was running near 40psi. I set them to 29 cold and the pulling was pretty much gone.

As for the slight vibration over bumpy road, one of the wheels came shipped to me damaged. Ithe had a 2 inch dent on the lip. Since it was the last wheel they unboxed, I told them to mount it up anyways. I have a new wheel coming so I'll just swap when it gets here.

Theyou put the damaged wheel on one of the front wheels. I'm getting all 4 tires road force balanced now and having the dinged wheel moved to the rear to the rear to see if it makes any difference.

Road force balance should show any issues with the tires.
