Nice, have fun with it! The TRD supercharger maxes out at 110MPH. Don't ask me how I found out. :D

    I believe it's 0-60MPH in 6.6 secs?

Sounds reasonable to me. A supercharger is something I have had my eye on.

Although, I am looking to get some complimentary parts beforehand.

Was seriously thinking of trading my Taco in on a new diesel pickup - but now thinking of putting the S/C on my '09 to give it a little more "oomph" for pulling my 21' TT to my hunting lease. I really love the versatility of this "little" truck & it's O/R ability when called for. I don't really need it to be any faster - have the Shelby GT500 for that;). Called my local dealer & they wanted $2K to install:mad:, guess they don't need the work with all the recall business lately? Having installed a full turbo kit on previous vehicles by myself, I can't see why a fully equipped, professional shop should take more than 1.5days for this install. Guess I'll just install myself - can't be that hard.
Anyone using the S/C Taco for towing? Wondering whether heat buildup is an issue in hot southern summers - or does the intercooler do a pretty good job?
    Thx

The intercooler keeps the engine right at stock temps. Although my TRD radiator cap might be helping that too, not sure.

The excuses I got from all of my dealers was that they have either never done one or have done very few so they want more time. After the lowest price I got was $1.5k I just called a buddy and did it myself over a weekend.

If you have installed a turbo kit you shouldn't have a problem with the S/C. The instructions Toyota includes are very well detailed and if you can't figure something out smanz did a full photo write-up of the install. If you can take an engine apart down to the intake manifold, replace a radiator, and replace pulleys/belts you should have no problem doing this.
