Installed URD short shift kit today

Well I decided to try out the URD short shift kit and also replaced the factory shift lever with a Coupe custom 9 1/2" epoxied shift lever. I will post pics of before and after below but first my impressions. I haven't driven it much but the throw is definitely shorter and seems to engage in a more "positive" fashion, which I like. As for the shortened lever, it will take some getting used to. It feels further away now and a can't rest my hand in the shift knob with my elbow on the console anymore. I am sure I will adjust but it almost seems a bit awkward. I do like that there is no more interference with the cup holder anymore! Lol! Also, I am not really having problems shifting into gears, even reverse, but I do have the TRD knob which I believe is weighted so that may help. One last comment regarding the install. Everything g was very well explained and went smoothly but I really didn't like the step where you had to stake the set screws. I couldn't get it to look like the pic in the instructions and had trouble keeping the punch in place.
