With a little help from Matic (well, actually a lot of help) we knocked out this suspension yesterday. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday in South Carolina in my opinion. The fronts were a breeze but the rear leafs gave us a bit of a headache. The front hanger bolts were absolutely frozen in place...PB blaster, sockets, ratchets, breaker bar, hammering, bitching and cussing to no avail. We finally had to cut the little mofos out. This huge us up for a while but we pushed through and persevered. This is what we installed:

    112-620 Eibach/Toytec front coil springs

Bilstein front (Set at 0) and rear 5100 shocks

Old Man Emu Dakar rear leaf springs (Part Number CS046RA/B)

    Front diff drop kit (TAC-DR)

BPV-K brake proportioning valve relocation bracket

    OME Exhaust Bracket (FK-21)

This was definitely a learning experience for me and I am hugely grateful to the help I received. Here are some pics:

Sits pretty level. We measured 25" from the center of the axle to the wheel well all the way around.

Again, thanks to all the forum members who reached out to me offering their help. And especially Matic who accepted the challenge and provided a great work space and a couple of cold Coronas.

I'll be looking for you driving around west Asheville. If you drive by West Asheville Exxon, stop by. That's where I work.

I know this thread is a little old, but I had a question for you. I'm interested in getting a similar setup, and I was wondering if you left that extra AAL out that was included in that first link you provided with the 5100s and just installed the Dakars only?

Gotcha, that's what I figured but wanted to make sure.
