I have already ordered the 28 pin harness, the bluetooth mic so that works, as well as the antenna adapter.

I was wondering if there was a way to add a switch for the bluetooth as my steering wheel won't be able to control it. I'm mostly using it to connect with my phone for music and i want to be able to switch songs and/or answer and end calls. Is there any possible way to do this? Figured this would be the best place to ask! Thanks guys

I know there is controls on the stereo but i wanted a switch to the left by my steering wheel. I've had a courtesy car the last month with the bluetooth on the steering wheel and i love it, i just wanted the controls close for convenience.

Also, where is a clean spot i can run the bluetooth mic unit to? Somewhere where it will be nice and clear for phone calls?

I bought a 6 foot 1/8" mono extension cable, this gave me enough length on the mic cable to mount the mic on the over head console.

Would it be possible to just add the Bluetooth control on the right side of your steering wheel? Or do you have to be prewired for it?

Would have to be pre wired. I have an adapter so that I can use my steering wheel controls, but since my 05 didn't come with phone buttons, it won't control my iPhone, just the volume and stuff.

Do you have a picture of where exactly you mounted it? Also it looked like the Mic comes with a fairly long cord, where did you buy the extension cable?
