So i installed a Tuff Stuff 12.5k winch in my allpro. I just wanted to post the pictures of the progress and type a little about my experience.

    100_0007.jpg
Take the bumper off, if you didnt install it yourself its 6 nuts on the front and 2 bolts underneath.

    100_0009.jpg
    Here is the winch itself.

    100_0013.jpg
There are 4 bolts that hold the winch on. The holes were lined up perfect from allpro. I think we had to drill out the ones for the Roller just a little bit.

    100_0015.jpg
Here is the winch installed without any of the wiring hooked up yet.

    100_0019.jpg
The only real problem we ran into was the box for the controls goes on top of the winch and as you can see there isnt much room at all on top of it. So i found the spot with the most room and started cutting wires.

    100_0017.jpg
This is where we took the connector for the controls and extended it with about 6 feet of wire so we could mount it anywhere on the bumper we really wanted to.

    100_0018.jpg
I decided to put the connector here so, drilled out the hole and got ready to run the wires over to it.

    100_0020.jpg
Reconnected the wires, and mounted the connector.

    100_0022.jpg
Where i ended up installing the controller connector. That way if i need to use the winch i dont have to go around front and get into the mud or anything to bad, its just right there by the driver side door.

    100_0026.jpg
    Vwalla All installed and working.
The installing the winch part was really easy, but putting it back on the truck was a 2 person job. After the winch it weighs a metric shit-ton.

I was pretty sceptical about buying the winch because its not very expensive at all for what you get. I didnt think it would last very long, but my buddy has had his for a 2 years on his dodge. We were at the beach one day pulling people out left and right and that thing never gave up or slipped. I got lucky and got to pull someone out of the ditch when it was raining a few days ago. Extremely happy with it, if you have been wondering about this winch or how i did anything let me know id be glad to help.

Thats what i was sceptical about at first. like i said my buddy has one on his dodge and he uses it all the time. Never had a single problem other than it bent his bumper because he was trying to pull something to heavy, he had to reinforce his winch plate. As for mine personally, ive only gotten to pull a honda civic out of a ditch, and it pulled perfect. Not a single issue:woot:

Where did you gound the winch at? I have a Warn winch, but it split my old battery when I was using it it, so now I have it unhooked. Do you have any pics of that portion? Thanks!

Oh, ok. I'm just worried about splitting the battery again. So for now it is unhooked, which sucks. I just put a yellow top optima in it and don't want to break it.

OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. OME aal with OME nitrochargers out back. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate.
Nice write up. I was hoping it was the All pro Tube bumper as I just got mine installed and currently looking for a winch. Leaning towards the smittybuilt XRC8.
Something that I might use 2-3 times per year.

I really dont see myself using this thing that much, but from what i was told is you will use it way more than you ever thought you would. I have to say im pretty impressed with how the holes lined up and the space to work with the allpro. Made me kinda happy, extremely easy install
