Installing demello bumper question

Local shop wants 500.00 to install bumper. Can I do this myself and save the cash.

helps if you have a buddy and a floorjack to balance it on
I did both mine by myself with no issues

EDIT: plate front bumper might be tricky (mines hybrid) so you might need two buddies

 

Guess renting an engine winch would really help out.

No, do it yourself. I did it with another member and it was super easy. (and mine is the three hoop version with Line-X so it is around 135 pounds) Shouldn't be impossible with just yourself but I'm sure a local member or a buddy would be willing to help you.

Looks like you are running 885 coils. Did you sag much? I have the 886's on order. Getting all ready for spring.

 

With just the bumper after it settled, I probably sagged about 0.5'', so not too bad.

886's are the ways to go if you are running OME.
