First time Tacoma owner and new to Tacomaworld, so i'm sorry if this is a stupid question or has already been addressed on here.

I just bought a used 2013 Tacoma Prerunner SR5, DC SB, and it doesn't have fog lights. I didn't mind at the time of purchase but every time I look at it now, I wish it did.

My question is can I still install fog lights if it just has the black plastic covers where the fog lights should be?

Should be able to remove the plugs for the holes and insert fog lights, either OEM, or @Baja Designs makes some really good drop ins.

The real question is whether or not the truck is pre-wired for them. Check behind the blank in the top left position of the area by the door, and you may find a pigtail. If so, add the switch, add the lamps, and boom, fog lights. If not, add a switch, run a bit of wire, and boom fog lights.
