    Hi everyone,
Installing the harness for my HIDs. Instructions are garbage.

On he Hi/Low controller harness, there is a 3 prong male connector that the directions don't show a home for.

Is this a relay plug that will go into the fuse box or something??? Any advice on where this plugs would be great.

    Thanks
    Donald

Here is the plug in question:
Instructions don't show it going anywhere.

that should be the plug that connects to the diverside headlight bulb plug, that is where the power come from to power the hids.

    Dellosa89 is correct!

Here is a photo from my 05 tacoma of where you will plug that into the back of the headlight on the drivers side...

    It's a brown plug

The passenger side headlight plug can just be capped off with electrical tape

I believe the Slim ballast are digital which give you a quicker warm up time. The others are regular ballast. Im sure if Im wrong someone will chime in and correct me

Yes it is right....You only need to feed the power to one side (driver side)

The passenger side factory brown H4 plug just hangs unused. You just cap it off with some electrical tape.

What I don't understand is why don't these companies give you a cap to cap off the unused factory plug?

I made my own (H10 plug cap) when I did my HID fog light conversion on my fogs

My bulbs had the extra male connector so I just pulled the wires out of the end of it and filled it with silicone

Here's a pic of how I capped off the H10 plug on my factory harness

    Well....
I ordered the slim ballast kit.
The ballasts are small, but the kit has apexicone decals inside.

These are obviously made in China.....

    Hope they last.

I can't find any indication of bulb temp on the packaging, but they look like the right color temp.

    Light output is very good.
