Don't know if I have put this in the correct thread but If someone can point me in the right direction to a thread/video would be greatly appreciated. I currently have to replace the passenger front and rear door window/glass because it was busted out. My question is how hard would it be to do this myself? I am pretty sure a lot of things comes into play, to be aligned and properly placed. I am all about saving money and doing things myself but if its more of a headache if not done correctly I don't mind someone else with experience doing the job for. I have a quote from Camelback for the windows and really need to get truck on the road again. Trying to replace windows/glass on a 2008 TRD Sport DCLB 4x4. Thanks again

I haven't done this on a Toyota, but did it on an old Civic. Wasn't too bad, but the window was manual, not electric. The window pane (what was left of it) had a glued-on mount with a threaded hole which allows it to be bolted to the regulator.

As I recall (this was about 6 years ago), I removed the inner door panel, and the weatherizing plastic sheet.
Then I rolled the regulator to the correct position (so I could get at the mount through a hole in the door panel) and unbolted it from the pane mount.
Removed the mount, cleaned up all the broken glass, and installed an intact pane from a wrecking yard. Maneuvering the 'new' pane into position was a pita, though.

    Good luck.
