Installing new suspension today - torque specs?

I looked a bit, but I think I'm thinking too much and can't find the right search terms to get the answers

The OME/Wheelers setup is going on right now and I realized I don't know what to torque the various nuts to? This is on an 03, so not sure if the torque specs are the same as the 2nd gens or not, but they'd probably be close if anyone has those as well

Upper strut nuts (the three on top)?

The lower strut bolt?

The castle nut holding the ball joint for the UCA?

The shackle through bolts?

The axle U-bolts?

I know I can man-hand it, but don't want to fatigue or overtighten them.

Thanks. I forgot I had that downloaded already. My brain is in happy mode and not thinking quite right.

On a side note, the front end only took me an hour to complete by myself with only basic hand tools. A weeks worth of PB Blaster seemed to help

 

I'm jealous....I wanted to do mine today...but the gods conspired against me...and I'll have to wait.
