For the wiring I could make out in your pictures, wiring seems right. What I couldn't see is how you wired IC1, and your ground wiring, so check the instructions carefully and make sure those are right. The only other thing I can offer from a distance is to ensure your T-taps are secure, did you use pliers to snug them firmly closed? One of the pictures it looks like the t-tap may have not cut into the wire insulation properly.
After checking those things I suggest you ensure your module connector is firmly inserted. Then i would remove the spade lugs from each t-tap and using an ohmeter ensure you have <1 ohm from the truck connector to the spade terminal on the t-tap (using pointed meter leads). Also you could have a poor connection in your module connector and harness.
It's always possible you have a bad module, but I wouldn't assume that until I checked every wire.
Edit: Not a bad idea to make sure your fobs are working as well, green light should come on when you press lock or unlock.
    Good luck!

Exactly which fuse is blowing? The one that came with your OEM keyless kit or one in your truck fuse box (if so, which one)? A fuse that keeps blowing means a short or near short, something may be grounded that shouldn’t be.

Look closely at the instructions for IC1, and the label on the white wire, make sure you don’t have these wires reversed and that you spliced onto the correct wire.

That’s normal for the horn to only lightly beep when you press lock and unlock, the lights should also come on for about 20- 30 seconds. Pressing the panic button on the back of the fob should give you a loud horn pulsing on and off, pressing panic again will shut it off.
Glad you got it fixed! What did you find as the problem?

Is there any way this modification could be draining my battery?

I don’t have a parasitic low range DC clamp-on ammeter and haven’t tried to measure it with my on-line DMM, but if wired properly and no malfunction I don’t think ithe OEM keyless entry has much drain. I went 2-3 weeks without cranking my truck and it turned over and started as fast as it usually does.

I just installed the keyless entry and love it, butt the distance that the fobs work is lacking especially if somewhere off of the passenger side. i think that I'm going to try to extend the antenna wire and reroute it behind the kick panel and up the forward windshield column under the door gasket to get it up higher than where it is now (just above the steering wheel column).

A question though. When I had the bottom dash panel removed, there was one connector that was not connected to any switch or anything. What is that for and what could it be connected to? Might as well upgrade that too if it's worthwhile...

I just installed mine and motofish's photos were a big help. I too am concerned about the T-taps, also the harness they supply is fairly heavy and inflexible. The taillights have already stopped blinking with lock, unlock and panic. I checked the connector and it looks ok. Not gonna mess with it for now. Attaching to the tiny thin factory wires concerns me. That will always be in the back of my mind when I'm cruising in the dark down a mountain highway. If the headlight or taillight wire breaks while I'm rounding a curve, it'll get exciting.

Does anyone know what the connector on the left is for? It’s with the 3 other lower dash panel connectors. I don’t remember taking it off or can find where it goes.

On a 2021, IC2 is different but same color wires work.

That’s the cargo/deck light connector. I don’t know what model truck you have but on my 2019 SR without the cargo/deck light the unused connector was stored in a holder in the back of the switch plate or near it (maybe under it, it’s been a while).
