I bought a Martin Offroad roof rack, and a light bar to go on the front. For you that have done this, should I install the rack, and then add the light, or put the light on before i place it on the roof? I will be installing it by myself, so wanted to keep rack lite to make it easy to place on the roof.

I would suggest doing a test dry fit on the ground first just so you even know it'll fit and how the brackets should be placed. You could even attach whatever hardware you can while on the ground.
Then install the rack and then the light bar.

Test route your light bars wiring also incase there is a spot where the rack is in the way of where you want to run the wires.
