What am I missing? My 2021 base model offroad has a powered seat for lumbar and position functions. Not leather, but you seem like you care more about power and lumbar, which your 2021 OR should have because it was supposed to be standard by then...

Unless maybe you're in Canada and they have different standard packaging for the seat there?

Unless I'm misunderstanding, do you have a truck with manual seats? I believe the 2020MY+ has power seats on the v6 and/or trd trims.

Also, yes, the Tacoma leather is real on the surfaces where your thighs, ass, and back touches. The outside of the bolster, head rest, and back of the seat is fake leather as well as the middle seat in the back.

After installing the Clazzio leather seat covers over my cloth seats I noticed the seat does feel a little firmer and doesn't let you sink as much as it did when it was just cloth. Maybe because the leather doesn't stretch/give as much as the cloth fabric. Anyway, if you want to go a cheaper route for leather I highly recommend the Clazzio seat covers.

Just joined the group. I have my first Tacoma a 2024 TRD pro. Underground with Black. I love the look. I do find the seats interesting. I am 6' 2" and they are very cozy. A little tight but I have not really adjusted them too much yet. I will say that it is tough getting in and out with my legs. The steering wheel does not adjust up very much and even with the seat low I have to carefully slide in my legs. Overall I like the seats but don't love them. They do take up a lot of space.

Just getting used to it and really love the ride. Trying to figure out how to maximize my city gas mileage with the hybrid.
