I changed out the 4 (194) bulbs in the instrument cluster today.Ask me how much fun that was. I've been trying to identify the other bulbs and finally found this. Does anyone know how to cross reference bulbs 1,2,5 for sylvania mini bulbs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also looked at Toyotaparts.com, and are these prices for individual bulbs, if so that's highway robbery.

The bulb is a #74 bulb. They are a wedge based bulb and can be replaced without replacing the socket. I hope this helps.

so can I use the #74 bulb in sockets #1, #2, and #5. they all look the same except for the #5 bulb is a bit fatter, but has the same connecter. #1 is listed at 12v 1.4w #2 14v 3.4w and #5 14v 3.0w. Sorry to keep asking, but I don't know shit about electrical stuff.

    83120-04050 12V 1.4W, NO.1 = #74,
    83120-0W020 14V 2.0W, NO2 = #70
    90010-06003 14V 3.0W, NO.5 = ??

You can look the #70 & #74 bulbs up on line. They use a T5 base.

Thanks for the information, from what I've seen on the Toyota parts websites, they charge a dam fortune for each bulb. I read a post somewhere that to replace all 23 bulbs from toyota was over $200 bucks, which is insane.
