I recently stepped down from a Tundra to a 2013 Tacoma LTD. I cannot believe how "limited" it really is! No oil pressure gauge, no info center, no rear disc brakes and on and on. Those are things that I thought would come standard on most 2013 Toyotas especially a LTD.
Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has done a cluster swap out? Does the 4Runner have oil pressure gauge and is it possible to swap out a 4Runner cluster for a Tacoma cluster? Any input greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Not that I have seen. A lot of people that need extra gauges use pods on the steering wheel or on the pillar. You could also use a Scangauge or Ultragauge.

4 Runner dash is totally different... and it doesn't have OP either.
There are no factory options for anything other than speed, tach, fuel, and temp.

Oh yeah, and I would not have purchased the truck "blindly", but there are more and more things I am finding that I expected to be factory. I have owned Toyotas for the last 25 years, and the first truck I bought back in the '80s even had an oil pressure gauge.

It just seems like Toyota has cut a lot of corners over the years.
When I had the Tundra I bought an "Optitron" cluster (the type used in the LTD models) and installed it in my SR5. The cluster itself looked a lot nicer, but once installed it added a LOT more information available to the driver (average mileage, real time MPG, average speed, etc.) and functionality (adjustments for door locks, seat belt chime, etc.). I was just wondering if there was a similar mod for the Taco.
