Dang. Hate to hear that. I am frustrated lately as well. I get the constant request for calibrations or bcg too. Super frustrating. I consistently crash into the 50s / 40s at 5/6 pm 5 out of 7 days a week. Takes me an hour to get corrected, then fight the highs back down........ these things are supposed to make life with diabetes easier amd more flexible. I am on such a routine now i wonder why i am on a pump sometimes. Bleh. Check, bolus, wait 30 mins to eat, pita

All goes well for about 2 weeks then I have a bad week of crashing sensors constant Cal requests. As expensive as sensors and strips are I'm beginning to question the 670g. I have been in auto mode maybe 10 hours since Saturday afternoon. It just keeps kicking out. Can't figure it out. Woke up this am in automode and calibrated before leaving for work. Immediate wanting bcg again. Haven't seen auto since.

I’ve went through 4 clips and one 670g already. I feel like they need to redesign the back of the housing. Took Medtronic almost 3 month to send me out a replacement pump because of them being so new

Fellow pumper here. Diagnosed at 15. Been on a Medtronic pump for 11 years. Have the 630g with enlite sensor. A1C is normally 7.0-7.2, so a little room for improvement.

So I'm considering going back to the pump but a little concerned with things snagging on anything. Back when I had one I didn't have to worry about anything snagging while on construction sites or it getting too hot. How are you guys working around things like that?

I work in a hot environment. It never bothered mine. On the snagging I tuck tube inside pants or boxers. I've snagged it but never major.

And so it starts... gotta do the first one with saline and make sure I can do it but I'm now a pumper again. Fingers crossed the omni Pod works like I hope it will.

Good luck Brother. I never put my infusion set in my arm, seems awkward to me, but it is definitely one of the recommended places.

Yea, it's like having a little growth on me but I'm hoping I get used to it. I don't think I could do it there if I had a tube that's for sure.

New diabetic, got diagnosed this year with type 1 at 28. Been pumping for a day and a half with saline, so no real usage. But the Dexcom G5 CGM I just got has been awesome, no more highs and lows. Been able to manage my BS at ~120 pretty consistently.

I have the Tandem Tslimx2 pump and I love the features. I'll update more once I start using insulin on Monday.

Fun news is now I get to be discharged from the military with separation pay and VA coverage for the rest of my life! But they won't tell me my actual separation date even though my med board has been over for 1.5 months. Makes job hunting a breeze!

Damn man sorry to hear that but it's awesome you are keeping track of it so far. You should check on the g6 as its shipping out already and should work with the tslim
