    Ok so here the deal,

I recently bought the Tacoma and the owner had redirected the intake to sit in front of the radiator and behind the grill. For one I don't want it to sit that exposed to the elements, but I can see the idea he had and it looks like a shop did it. The main reason I would to sit it in the stock"ish" area is so I can fit a light bar there, I am doing the raptor style and I'm incorporating a light bar in it. But with how the intake sits it will not allow enough room.
Now I put a 90 on the end to hopefully make more room but one, it didn't make more room, and two, it's at an even worse spot.. It's like anti snorkel essentially haha

Now my last car would throw a code real easy if I tinkered with the sensors and tubes, I have no clue how tacos are or anything so enlighten me I guess.

How would you redirect it to sit in the hood again?

-The first tube from the engine has a hose on the bottom, the second one holds the sensor-

The tube straigh off the manifold has the tube(vacume tube? Idk) but it runs out and sweeps left towards the front of the car, where it is met by a rubber coupler it do a peace that sweeps back in front of the radiator (as you can see from the pics haha) but on this peice in front of the radiator is a air flow sensor.

My idea would be cut the pipe a few inches after the tube, to rubber coupler, to pipe sweeping towards where the stock intake box would sit, this second pipe would have the air flow sensor, but would moving this sensor throw a cel, and I would have to make sure the flow of air is going the correct direction right?

Interesting, yeah the 2 bottom couplings and 90 are from autozone haha, that makes sence that it was moved already so moving it to a diffrent lication couldn't do to much damage..

    Thank you for your input!
