I am wanting to put an stock intake on my 2009 4.0L off of a 2015 4.0L. To my knowledge they are the same, but I can’t find anything on it. anyone know if there are any differences? any problems with that?

I think the 2012+ just adds the bracket for the recirc pump so it should work. Can anyone else confirm?

The stock, factory intake is the same on all 2nd gen years (05-15). It's when you add aftermarket CAI that things get different between 05-11 and 2012+ due to the Secondary Injection Pump on the later years and having to move it.
