I have in the settings trailer selection, does that mean I have Integrated Trailer Brake Controller? 435778680_7397416520324058_152975644263952669_n.jpg

The gain controller would be on the dash behind the steering wheel on the right side if you had it

Do you have this? That is the integrated trailer brake gain controller. If you don't have that then you do not have the ITBC.

you can definitely add one, like a REDARC or Reese, but I doubt you can add an oem one.

Hopefully you can. On most domestic trucks you can just install the OEM controller and do a quick computer update to configure it for use.

Somone on this forum or the 4G forum added a Redarc, but it wasn't easy. It's not plug and play and you have to run a wire all the way back to the bumper.

Internet photo. I don't have a 4th gen, and I only use even numbers or 5s on mine. :D I also melt at 75° so on a warm day I'll run 65°-68° to get the cab cooled down.

I'd make sure the wiring is installed, I think the replacement Tundra controllers are $250.

Curt makes a Bluetooth controller that fits inline with your trailer plug.
