    took the truck in a few months ago for its first oil change and mentioned that the sub made a strange noise, JBL sound system. I mentioned the TSB but they played it off that the bass was turned up, to plus 1.

    Today went for the second oil change and mentioned that leaving the bass at 0 did not fix the issue. No question asked suddenly now they will fix it no push back.

    Probably due to all the other issues Toyota is having.

    Toyota will fix just about anything for anyone now (within reason). Customer service HAS to be a priority now.

    maybe they will not fight me as much on the rear leaf spring TSB now either.
