I have a cement gray Tacoma. Thinking of adding some accent coloring to glove box lettering and replacing crime around cup holder. Have the black interior. Can’t decide to go blue or orange. Any thoughts? I’m leaning orange as a pop of color

You're lucky working with base colors like black and cement. Any color will work. It's just a matter of what you like. I would suggest taking samples of colors you like and test matching them to the color you have and then make your choice.
My truck is red with a black/grey interior, so it was easy for me. Being older I went with red and chrome highlights. I found a lot of interior pieces at Amazon and Carid.

Do what makes you happy. I’m old and got tired of looking at black and silver so I decided to add some color. Not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s my truck and I can do whatever I want to it!

With everything, there is a fine line between "cool" and "you've got to be joking".

    This and that
I find not much works with cement. My interior is blue accented, in the stitching, most of the trim on the middle level. The upper level is “cement” by lower I mean the 4wd knob and those little lines you can get fill in pieces from ajt, upper is the vents. The blue matches the interior button lights. (And the footwell lights I installed) I did have blue exterior trim bits here and there but have since defaulted to black, and mgm.
