I wonder if these can be used in a newer corolla. May catch grief from wife about something else I got for a truck that sits in garage.

 

I added some info on the original post about the lights and everything when receiving them. It seems the lights are sensitive and needs a decent connection. One buyer adjusted one of the metal pieces on the reading lights just a hair to make sure the connection was good and his light then worked. Also on the dome lights we had another user let me know what happen to him when it blew a couple fuses. This was on a 2015.

"Here is what I did:

Fired up my 12v supply and tested bulb, it worked. So bulb was good.

Carefully removed original bulb, used voltmeter to confirm polarity of dome light socket and match the new led bulb to it (led was marked with +\-). Make sure everything is even and square and not seeing any contact between bulb and anything else. Tried and it worked. Have turned it on and off several times and all looks good.

I have no clue what was causing the fuse blowing. But it seems to be ok now. I will monitor and let you know if it blows again.

Just a tip for anyone using Paypal for the first time; you don't need to transfer money into your Paypal "wallet" for payment. Simply link your bank account or card and you can pay by email that way. If you try to transfer money from your bank account it will make you wait 3-5 days. Wish someone had told me this before I made OP wait for his payment for 2 days

We're finishing up receiving all of the 2nd shipments payments so we can ship the hem out and then we'll be collecting payments for 3rd shipments. We don't want to collect payments from 3rd shipments then have everyone messaging wondering where their lights are before we finish up 2nd shipments. Thanks
