Due to this group and thank you in advance. I just recently purchased a used 2020 Toyota Tacoma Trd four-wheel-drive off-road truck. I cannot get the interior dome lights to come on when I open the doors I’ve tried multiple selections and nothing seemed to work. Can any money anybody help me with this?

Have you done any mods recently? Maybe disconnect the battery, try the options one more time and check the fuses

    Hi Ernie Tacoma,

Try looking at this thread below, it ended up being some settings in "EnTune"

Hot sauce junkie, no mods. Recently purchased the vehicle about a month ago and discovered this issue. I spoke to an auto electrical repair shop and they shit said that this is a common issue with Tacoma’s and that the relay switch in the engine compartment often gets wet. The lights do work if I individually press them they will go on. I appreciate your comment.thank you

Is the three way switch up by the map lights depressed towards the driver's side or in the middle position? On my 2019 if I have it set to the driver's side I can turn them on individually, with it set in the middle then they come on with the doors. Push it towards the passenger-side all interior lights turn on.

Many reports around here where folks 'upgraded' to LED interior lights and fried an expensive board.

Make sure you have stock bulbs, check fuses as others suggest. No luck? Off to use your warranty.

Thank you all for your support and amazing ideas. I fixed the problem I read a thread that said it was in the system set up. Which was true the interior lights were switched on and off. Thank you so much for all your help again this is a great group and has a wealth of knowledge to share with all.

Can't say I've heard of it as a common issue with the Tacoma. Glad you figured it out though!
