Hey @mesojdm , I got my molle rack in today, and realized while I was installing it that I didn't receive any spacers with my hardware. Could you point me in the direction of an identical spacer that I could pickup at a Lowe's or Home Depot, so I can just grab it tomorrow? Thank you

Are you sure? I personally packed up every one and taped the hardware to the rack with white MESO tape. Maybe it fell off? But, I am not perfect so I could have missed one...

Double checked the bag and all around the box. I noticed the the ziplock bag for the hardware was open when I opened the box up. I got 4 M12s, 4 jacknuts, and 4 washers.

okay..gotcha. So you are just missing the spacers. They are 1" long, 1/2" diameter. Here's the exact specs(something close should work fine)

PM me and I'll spot you a few bucks to cover the cost.

According to those specs, this one should suffice, correct?

& I appreciate it, man, but no worries! It's only a few bucks. Just excited to get the rack installed:muscleflexing:

    Just wondering,
Were the issues with shipping being added on top of the flat rate ever resolved?

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Did you PM Meso with your Order #.
If not I suggest you do so.

I would put Molle Rack Shipping Refund in the title of the conversation.

I am sure his Inbox gets swamped on a frequent basis.

I tried to ghetto install the rivnuts with a long bolt while holding a spacer in between with pliers. This turned out to be a bad idea. I got it tightened down, but not snug enough, so I tried it again, but I ended up cross threading it... Had to wiggle out the rivnut... Guess I'm going to order more rivnuts and a rivnut tool...

Just an FYI, you can install the rack and retain the factory grab handles (it just requires some very minor Dremel grinding to the factory handles). I initially bought some paracord grab handles, but didn't care for the look or how far down they hung, so I reinstalled the factory handles.

Did you end up using washers over the screw to hold it in place? Or was there something else you used?
