08 tacoma lifted

Leveling kit, hids, leds, toyo at2, 20"ultra wheels 7" sony touch screen, painted upper and lower a-arms,callipers, and hitch (candy teal) stubby antenna 5%tint, black painted headlight housings

I'm looking to paint the 3 silver trim pieces around the
Guages and 1 trim piece onn each door
That goes around the tweeters just not to Shure
How to go about taking them off or if they even come off ¿
Anyone know anything about this?
