Intermediate Shaft

New member from Lansing, Michigan. Hello everyone! Does anybody know of an aftermarket lower intermediate shaft that fits an 07 tacoma TRD? Thinking about a modification using u-joints and splined steering shaft. Need you feed back. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks

As of yet there is no aftermarket lower intermediate shaft. The terminology of these shafts has always been a problem. By lower shaft I assume you mean the one that attaches to the steering rack, not the one higher up that attaches to the bottom of the steering column.

 

Can I possibly use u-joints and shaft to be attached to the steering column if so, what size materials do i need complete the job for a 07 tacoma TRD Double Cab? appreciate the help.
