Pugga, Dude, that's exactly what i was looking for. Sorry for not being specific enough. Im not looking for a mud tire, i feel like even an All Terrain K/O is a little aggressive. What do you run, are you happy with them? Im just looking for a little general info on peoples experience and what tires they would recommend.

I'm running the Cooper AT3's and love them so far. They're quiet on the road and perform very well in the snow and wet conditions. I haven't had them in any mud to speak of but if you google them you'll find the mud test of them and they seemed to do pretty well. This will be my 4th set of Cooper tires (I think) on 3 different trucks and have yet to be disappointed in their performance.

You can't go wrong with a Cooper. Really a great tire.

Cooper makes Dean. I've had good results with the Dean Wildcat A/T. Essentially a Cooper with a previous gen tread pattern.

I'm running Hankook DynaPro AT's now. 2nd vehicle I've put them on. Decent tire. Really do well in the snow.

Super swamper boggers are a very good street/dirt tire. No howl and they clean out well, not to mention they last upwards of 80,000 miles.

duratrac, bfg all terrain ta/ko, hankok dyna pro, and various other general makes a really good tire as well nitto toyo and so on.

these day's there are some really great tire choices for light trucks and 4x4's your not going to be limited to only a few lol.

i can say i personally had the goodyear duratrac for a year on my truck and they where absolutely awesome! great in the rain! great in the snow!! and great in the dry! also did pretty decent in some deep mud i think that they pretty much rule at the moment for a well rounded tire that can handle extremes like deep snow ice and mud and off road terain.

others have listed some awesome tires as well. i think the best advice i can give you is SEARCH for your self lol.

Everything you just wrote makes me cringe when I think about the rugged trails. There is a reason that people call them rugged FAILS. They come stock on a lot of tacomas and I couldn't get them off my wheels soon enough! Poor performance in all aspects that you listed. The tires that have already been posted are better choices. Personally, I like a little higher void tread design in an AT tires so it performs better off road, but really smooth on road. I run 265/75-16 Cooper Discoverer ST. They went through a redesign last year so they look even smoother on road now.
